CostaBaja Resort Readies for November OpeningCostaBaja Resort & Spa, Grand Heritage hotel, which will open November 13 in La Paz, Mexico, is now taking reservations. Listen up golfers: In addition to the new hotel, CostaBaja will also be opening a new Gary Player-designed golf course, a week before the actual hotel opens. Top Views: The resort is set on the Sea of Cortez overlooking a 250-slip double-basin marina and white sand beaches. The 115-room property, which is being called five-star quality, will offer a selection of ocean, mountain, golf course and marina views. In-room features include 42-inch flat-screen TVs, glass-enclosed showers and dark mahogany wood finishes. CostaBaja Resort & Spa will also be home to a spa, two signature restaurants (featuring Steinbeck’s Steakhouse), two pools, a beach club and the aforementioned 18-hole golf course.
